.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is centered near 13.8N 65.9W
1005 mb at 0900 UTC moving W at 18 kt. Maximum sustained winds
are 35 kt with gusts to 45 kt. Harvey will continue W to WNW
across the southern Caribbean and reach near 14.0N 68.7W this
afternoon, 14.3N 72.7W tonight, 14.6N 76.7W Sun, 15.2N 80.1W Sun
night, then 17.0N 86.5W Mon night as it approaches the Belize
coast before moving inland Tue night.

SYNOPSIS FOR THE SW N ATLC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS

.SYNOPSIS...The northern part of a strong tropical wave moving 
across the Cay Sal area of the Bahamas will continue W into the 
Straits of Florida this morning, accompanied by fresh to locally
strong winds and active weather. Low pressure in the tropical
Atlc will pass N of the Leeward Islands late Sat and reach the 
southern Bahamas by early Mon bringing strong winds and building
seas to the waters S of 25N. A ridge along 28N will move N of
the area early next week.
